WHAT TO EXPECT
A Marketing Health Check will take approximately two hours where one of our consultants will sit down with you and discuss your business/marketing activity to date and any planned activity. We take this information away,analyse it and put together a concise report summarising the 'health' of your marketing activity and some recommendations going forward.
The report is usually approximately two pages long, depending on your business situation. Once you receive your report and if you require further assistance, we can look at implementing some improvements.
HOMEWORK
You will need to have access to any existing marketing or business plans (don't stress if you haven't got a formal one, but at least an idea of why you got into business, what you envisioned it looking like etc.!) and an idea/list of the types of marketing you have done in the last 12 months and any relevant results.
Any other relevant information will normally come up during the meeting.
