Debbie Beerling - Director

Debbie Beerling, Managing Director of Wild Streak, has a natural flair for business development and marketing which she has nurtured across a number of career paths. With a background in accounting, HR and management, Debbie has worked in a number of corporate sectors over the past 20 years including defence, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, recruitment and corporate consulting.

Her passion for developing business and sharing her knowledge and experience with others, led Debbie to build Wild Streak into a marketing and business development consultancy with a difference. A solid understanding of many facets of business allows her to drive creative yet successful strategies with her clients, bringing about commercially orientated results time and time again. Debbie takes a 'no-nonsense' and logical approach to what can sometimes be seen as an 'untaimed beast' for some businesses. The creative perspectives she delivers are practical, realistic, technologically savvy and anything but black and white.

Jayne Graham - Marketing Consultant

Jayne is a pro-active consultant with extensive through-the-line marketing experience supported by tertiary qualifications. She is highly motivated with a successful track record of identifying market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration. Jayne has proven delivery of strategic marketing solutions, with a practical 'hands on' approach.

She has been in the marketing business for over 11 years and has worked as a senior marketer in the retail, tourism, FMCG, youth, luxury goods and event industries. Her career started with event marketing for Indy 300, Bathurst 1000 and other events. She then spent 3 years in the UK as the Head of Marketing for Lincolnshire Tourism (4th largest county in UK) before returning to Brisbane to be part of the advertising family at O2i, becoming Managing Partner within 12 months.

Her passion lies with strategic planning and ensuring her clients truly receive the best marketing advice and results possible. 2007 saw her become a mum for the first time and has now joined Wild Streak to continue her love for assisting companies strengthen their marketing capabilities.

Kim Woodley - Marketing Consultant

Kim began working with Wild Streak in 2007, bringing with her a wealth of media expertise.  With more than 22 years hands-on media experience under her belt in both Radio and Television, Kim’s skills as a Producer have been finely developed.

Having worked for all Australian television networks, in a variety of roles, Kim’s enthusiasm, creativity, and exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills make her a dynamic Zebrettes team member. While national documentaries, sporting telecasts, and commercials are all on her list, children’s television has been her specialty.  Kim’s experience as a researcher, writer and field producer for Network Ten’s Totally Wild and more recently, the quirky science series Scope, means she is in tune with Australia’s children.  As a mother of two, she is able to draw on life experiences and apply it to her work when writing, directing and working with children.

Applying her organisation, efficiency, and media experience to event management has enabled Kim to operate and stage-manage a variety of large corporate and televised events.  Give her a task, she’ll make a list, sort it out and get it done.

Kim has an extremely strong work ethic, and contributes to a positive work environment with anecdotes, smiles and hearty laughs.  Her common sense approach to life and well-developed oral and written communication skills, allows her easily communicate with all walks of life and business.

Jenny Wilson - Project/Admin Coordinator

Jenny joined Wild Streak as a Project/Admin Coordinator in November 2007. Completing a University degree in Leisure Studies, Recreation Management and following a 2 year stint living and working in London, she commenced her career in Event Management with a Brisbane-based 'national' company. Working with a wide range of both domestic and corporate clients on a variety of small and large, national and international events, she developed an intimate knowledge of the event industry. Events she was involved with include the Corporate Club marquee for The Goodwill Games 2001, numerous "society" weddings, corporate race day marquees, and a variety of product launch/office opening functions.

Taking time out to start a family, she then proceeded to scale back on Event Management but still working for the same firm, concentrated on staff training, writing and updating computer program manuals, and procedure manuals.

Her passion for helping people, ability to deal with a wide range of people, professional nature, prioritising and experience with deadlines, and "love of procedures" has allowed her to become a valued member of the Wild Streak 'herd'.
